Planning vacations takes countless hours of research, reading through reviews, and making decisions. On top of that, unlike automated booking systems, I create completely customized itineraries that cater to you individually. I also have insider access with top suppliers to provide my clients exclusive deals, experiences and upgrades that aren’t available to the general public. Lastly, we all know how stressful it is when your trip gets interrupted. Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone in your corner to advocate for you and resolve issues quickly?

I do not charge for my services. Yep, you heard that right! I know that working with travel advisors can raise questions – especially when it comes to cost. 

My compensation comes directly from the suppliers I partner with, only after your trip is booked and you complete your travel. 

It’s so important to remember that the time and care I put into crafting your perfect itinerary is only compensated after you book through me!  

My goal is to ensure you receive an unparalleled travel experience perfectly matched to your vision and interests. 

Price-matching and competing with online booking engines is not in my business model –  the real value is in how I can save you time, stress, and frustration both pre-travel and in destination. 

There are many times that I do have access to negotiated rates, exclusive deals, amenities, and added perks that you cannot find on booking sites. 

After our initial consultation call, you can expect to receive your custom travel itinerary and proposal within 1-2 weeks. Finalizing your itinerary typically takes about 4 weeks from first call to booking, depending on factors like the complexity of your trip, the number of revisions needed, and how quickly you provide feedback. 

Keep in mind, if you’re booking far in advance, some aspects of your trip—like dining reservations or spa services—can only be secured closer to your travel dates.

No, unfortunately, if you plan to use points for booking, you’ll need to do that directly. 

However, I can often attach your Rewards Number to a reservation so you can still earn points while enjoying the benefits of a professionally planned trip. 

The earlier, the better! For cruises and all-inclusive resorts, I recommend 6–12 months in advance for optimal rates and availability. Theme parks and shorter trips can often be booked 3–6 months out, though peak seasons fill faster. I can also accommodate last-minute bookings—just reach out.
